Air-cooled Screw chillers

ODYNE® produces a complete line of tropical and non-tropical air-cooled chiller products for the commercial and light commercial industry. Chillers offer many solutions for commercial buildings and are highly recommended for schools, college campuses, warehouses, large villas, gyms, and retail stores.  It includes air cooled scroll chiller and air cooled screw chillers. The capacity range is from 25KW to 1420Kw for one non-tropical unit and from 25KW to 1200KW for one tropical unit. The maximum capacity output is up to 2000kW for combined air cooled scroll chiller, 11360 kW for combined air screw chiller. For tropical units, the maximum capacity output is up to 2000kW for combined air cooled scroll chiller, 9600 kW for combined air screw chiller. The chillers can be used in all types of climate; the wide selection of module makes it possible to build a system for any of the customers’ requirements.

 

High Efficiency Twin-Screw Compressor.

  • High efficiency: The compressor adopts 5:6 non-symmetry bear design, large volume, high efficiency.
  • The units adopt multi-stage adjustment, each unit can realize 25%-50%-75%-100% volume control, suit for various condition, high part load EER value.
  • Motor adopts Y-∆ start method, low start current, low impact to the power network.
  • High precise manufacturing process, avoid any leakage, increase the compressor efficiency.
  • The inner refrigerant suction system is cooled by the refrigerant, avoid any capacity loss.
  • The suction side adopt temp. insulation material, avoid any condensing and energy loss.

W-shape Condenser

Condenser adopts the copper tube & hydrophilic aluminum fin coil type structure, the appearance is W type, this design increases the heat exchange area, reduces the temp. differences, thus increases the heat exchange efficiency by 20%. 

EEV Design

R134a Air Cooled Screw Chiller takes 3810 steps EEV to control the refrigerant flow.

The refrigerant flow is precise according to the need, increase the EER also keep the products more stable.

Economizer Sub-Cooling Design

R134a Air Cooled Screw Chiller uses a high efficiency plate heat exchanger as economizer, while subcooling the refrigerant for another 18­­°C on the high-pressure side, increasing the capacity, so the EER increase 3-5%.
